Are you trolling non-Japan regions with this release? You’ve made it available but it doesn’t load unless you’re in Japan but you’ve also said you are not going to make an English version anyway, so can you disable it outside of Japan? Waste of time taking it off my wishlist lol

It seems to be a common error that games made by WOLF RPG engine have. Someone said it could be solved by using Locale Emulator to emulate Japan region, but I tried and it failed on this game:lunar2019crylaughingpig:

When I try to run the game, I get to the point where I choose whether to play 1, 2, or 3.

Then I proceeded to reinstall the game, which changed nothing.

Can you check your antivirus program to make sure it isn’t deleting any of the files in LiEat?
I recommend adding it to the exceptions list.
Then can you uninstall the game completely before trying to install it again.
If there is still an error appearing, could you please post your PC Specs and a Crash report [www.cyberlink.com] please.
My antivirus has not quarantined any files, and has not given me any notifications when downloading the game or trying to launch it. It has never given me any issues with Steam games before.
I followed your link and have tried to provide you with a crash report, but it seems that no such thing gets created. (Yes, I have enabled analytic and debug logs, and checked that they are being viewed when I search for them. I did find reports of other game crashes.)
Frankly, I’ve already spent more time on this than I probably would have spent playing the game.
I wanna thank you for a quick response and your efforts, but I just can’t be bothered with this anymore.
I’ll go for a refund and wish you devs good luck with future endeavors.
Also, since a bit less laziness on my part would most likely have rendered the game playable, I’ll skip the negative review.

«A disk read error occurred» — как исправить эту ошибку чтения диска (появилась сразу после включения компьютера)
Сегодня из ниоткуда на экране ПК появилась одна пакость: «A disk read error occurred. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del». С системой ничего не делал: не удалял, не обновлял, не устанавливал. и т.д.
Есть подозрение только на одно: я накануне часа 2 вечером копировал фильмы на флешки и DVD-диски. Может с диском что-то случилось? Подскажите, как это можно исправить.
Если перевести эту ошибку на русский (для более простого понимания широкой аудитории) — то она означает, что «Произошла ошибка чтения диска». Возникать она может не всегда из-за поломки диска (хватает и других причин: сбившиеся настройки BIOS; неправильное отключение, приведшее к ошибкам файловой системы и т.д.).
Ниже, постараюсь в пошаговом и простом «стиле» представить первичную диагностику. Думаю, большинство с ней справятся. 👌
Что можно посоветовать для исправления ошибки чтения диска
ШАГ 1
И так, первый совет банальный : проверьте и отключите от компьютера все флешки, CD/DVD-диски, внешние HDD, дискеты и т.д. (тем более, если вы накануне что-то записывали на эти типы накопителей).
Примечание: многие пользователи, скинув на внешний накопитель данные, забывают его в USB и выключают компьютер. А затем, при включении, ПК начинает искать загрузочные записи на этой самой флешке (например) — разумеется, их не находит и возникает ошибка*!

👉 Дополнение: если к компьютеру подключен сканер, принтер, телефон и пр. периферийные устройства — отключите их также на время диагностики. Оставьте мышь, клавиатуру, монитор — т.е. самый «минимум».
Если накануне устанавливали доп. диски (HDD/SSD и пр.) — отключите их!
ШАГ 2
Если первый шаг не помог — следующее, что я порекомендую — это проверить настройки BIOS (UEFI) компьютера.
1) Как войти в БИОС (BIOS) на компьютере / ноутбуке.
👉 В первую очередь в BIOS нужно проверить 2 вещи:
Диск определяется (уже неплохо)
ШАГ 3 (если не определяется диск)
Это явно указывает на какую-то аппаратную причину. (не всегда не определяющийся диск начал сыпаться и нуждается в замене).
Для начала я бы посоветовал отключить системный блок от питания и посмотреть, не отошел ли какой-нибудь шлейф от диска. Желательно попробовать подключить диск к другому разъему на мат. плате (благо на любой мат. плате есть по несколько SATA-портов).
Не отошли ли шлейфы.

👉 Кстати!
Компьютер можно использовать даже без диска! Для этого вам понадобиться спец. подготовленная флешка (так называемый «живой» LiveCD) — Windows будет загружена прямо с нее (и она мало чем отличается от обычной ОС).

ШАГ 4 (если диск определяется)
И так, на этом этапе будем считать, что диск определяется в BIOS, он первый в приоритете загрузки, и с него раньше ПК благополучно загружался.
Для дальнейшей работы нам понадобиться 👉 LiveCD-флешка от Сергея Стрельца.
👉 Загрузившись с нее — необходимо открыть программу Victoria и проверить диск (оценить его состояние — не начал ли он сыпаться (из-за этого, кстати, «часть» диска могла перестать читаться и, как следствие, ошибка «A disk read error occurred»)).
Тестирование быстрое (Quick) — Victoria 5
👉 Если с самим диском всё в порядке — не лишним было бы проверить файловую систему на ошибки (делается также с LiveCD-флешки!).
Для этого необходимо будет открыть командную строку, ввести chkdsk C: /f /r и нажать Enter. 👇 В течении 5-15 мин. (в среднем) диск будет проверен, а ошибки исправлены.
👉 Если вышеприведенное не помогло, то как вариант, можно попробовать с помощью установочной флешки (с Windows) восстановить систему (загрузчик ОС). О том, как это сделать — см. эту заметку.
Восстановление системы (при установке ОС)
👉 Ну и как «последняя инстанция» возможно стоит переустановить систему, или лучше сказать установить вторую ОС в свободное место диска (благо, это можно сделать без затрагивания «старой» Windows, без потери данных и форматирования всего диска).

Run Sandboxed - Run Any Programdialog, or right-click onGame.exein Windows Explorer and selectRun Sandboxedcommand, the program runs and loads the files without error. - You can try to repeat step 6, and it still won’t work.
Workaround
This is a workaround I discovered by accident, just right-click on Game.exe and select Properties, from now on it will run just fine.
Also, this is an old bug presents in original Sandboxie.

I think I’ll write down what I found out from gameplay and some poking around the readme files…
Stats
=Left portion=
Level: Self-explanatory.
HP: Self-explanatory.
ATK: Influences damage dealt.
MAG: Influences damage dealt in Overdrive mode; also apparently increases efficiency of MP to LIM conversion.
TEC: Influences the amount of moves you can string together in a single combo. Apparently supposed to increase critical chance as well, but as of the time of this post crits aren’t implemented yet.
Resistance: Influences ability to escape grabs. Lowers by status effects, arousal, et cetera.EXP: Self-explanatory.
EXP to next level: Self-explanatory.=Center portion=
Apparently displays sensitivity stats for mouth, breast, hip/ass and vagina.=Right portion=
Seems to display the number of times you’ve done a certain sexual act, though I’m not knowledgeable in what each corner of the diamond reads. Also lists H-related ‘passives’ like aphrodisiac poisoning/overdose.Controls
Directional arrows to move around and jump.
Z/Space/Enter key to attack. Standing attacks can be chained into a 3-step combo, with the 3rd step rendering you airborne. down+Z executes a sliding kick, aerial Z executes a divekick. Successfully landing hits increases MP.
X/Backspace key to open the menu.
Shift/C to enter ‘Overdrive’, converting all MP to LIM. Entering Overdrive automatically cures all status ailments and grants superarmor and ailment immunity for its duration.
While in Overdrive, standing Z to perform a six-hit chain (costs 30 LIM), forward+Z to perform a quick dashing slash (costs 60 LIM), down+Z for a powerful launcher (costs 60 LIM) and aerial Z to execute a multi-hit diving attack (costs 80 LIM).
LIM drains over time, while attacking, and when receiving attacks, and Overdrive automatically ends when LIM reaches 0; the animation of Overdrive ending leaves you vulnerable for a second or so.
Alternatively, press Shift/C in Overdrive mode to end Overdrive early, converting all remaining LIM to HP healing.Menus
It’s been written before (thanks to laugh), but listing the menus again from left to right and top to bottom.
-Tools/Items: allows use of items.
-Skills: unselectable as of the current demo.
-Configuration: unselectable as of the current demo.
-Equipment: top option allows changing of gemstones that determine level-up stat growth. In the trial as of this post there are two gems obtainable from the forest and cave dungeons respectively, and the back-alley item seller sells two other gems for 5000 and 6000. Bottom option allows changing clothes, though you can’t strip at the start (shoes, gloves and hairstyle, at best).
-Information: records stuff like total amount of arousal points received, total amount of pleasure damage received, total amount of physical damage dealt, strongest single hit, highest DPS, etc.
-Save: saves the game.Also, it seems that the enemies in the trial’s ‘special stage’ get stronger every time you head to the ‘next floor’. Kind-of like an endless run?
To add to the stats section the right portion starting from the top stat going clockwise is: pleasure, shame, abuse, and service. Certain acts like the orcs spanking you increase abuse. Service I don’t really know much about or how to level it up, the other ones are fairly easy to figure out.

In some cases, this game being one of them, you can just change all the file names with unknown/non-English to English characters and it will run just fine. This doesn’t work with all games and I’m not program savvy enough to explain why.

Since nobody mentioned this yet: There are various permanent debuffs you can gain by being subjected to a certain attack or status effect for an extended amount of time.
Some examples are:
口・胸・尻・膣・が弱い: Mouth / Breast / Ass / Vagina Weakness (increases Arousal and Pleasure damage taken from the associated body part)
露出癖: Exhibitionism (periodically take Arousal damage when naked)
媚薬中毒: Aphrodisiac Addiction (increases Aphrodisiac effect duration and damage)
オナニー癖: Masturbation Habit (increases chance of masturbation when aroused)
マゾブタ: Masochism (increases Arousal and Pleasure damage taken when being abused)
魅力中毒: Charm Addiction (increases Arousal and Pleasure damage taken when being charmed)
These are just the ones I’ve found so far, the demo screenshots has one additional debuff (セクハラ願望, Sexual Harassment Desire) which I think is obtained by repeatedly being attacked by the male enemies in the town, and following the pattern, would increase damage taken from them. Most of the debuffs above also have a higher level called 重度 (Severe) which I think just amplifies the effect.
Also, the pixiv has been updated with 2 more animations, with 2 possible new enemies, a doppelganger and an aphrodisiac slime clothing… thing.

So, I can’t figure out what the last portion of the game is. It seems like it’s a no-die run of all the regions, and you keep the buffs you find from beating enemies. Also, in the end, you get a statue that gets converted in 500 yen I think. I haven’t died yet there to see if it makes a difference, but once I’ve completed the first run, it gave me a stone (stats below)

Atk: 0.60
Mag: 0.60
Tec: 0.60
I now have four stones: Red, Blue, Green and Black. I don’t know if there’s anything else to the game. Anyone knows if there are new enemies added or something like that?

Приветствую! Люди не могут зайти на сервак, при подключении игрока сервак крашится и вот такая ошибка в консоли

sm 1.11 обновил до последнего 6930, все геймдаты которые выкладывали как решение ставил, ничего не помогает, фикс PtaH ставил, хз что делать

Я сегодня только делал клиенту на двух серверах, тоже из за него не запускался сервер, обновил, поставил свежую геймдату и все работает, как часики

Can’t locate data.dat
Hi, new to the forums here, with kind of a noobish question.
I’ve been playing FTL on mac for a while now, and would like to get into modding (nothing too serious). I’ve had difficulty finding both my FTL data.dat and resource.dat files. I have done many google searches, but it seems no one else has my problem. Does someone happen to know where they are on mac?

Have you tried searching the FTL folder? As in, put data.dat in your search bar or whatever and look for it that way?
Then you need to have them unpacked (look up an unpacker) so you can get into the juicy files within for modding.

I’ve done everything I can think of. I unhid all system files, tried multiple search techniques, and checked in all folders relating to FTL. Couldn’t find anything.
Could a possible re-download of the game work?

Hello there I am a frequent ftl user and have had a hand in both mac and the PC gaming experience the location of the data.dat is quite simple first you right click on the ftl application and then choose the option show package contents there you will be guided to the inner folders in which you will see the dat.dat located in the resources foder.I have some pics to help guide you just in case you don’t understand.
