   I have a certain game it runs well on external Hdd but when I copy it to the internal HDD it gives me a «Fatal Crash Intercepted» Error.

   1. I tried copying the game thru file manager of FSD. result same error
   2. I tried copying the game thru FTP stil gives me the same error

   Why is it when the game is on the external HDD it runs well?

   This happen to me on a single game, my other games you can play it on external and internal hdd.

   Thank you and hope somebody can help

   try sending it strait from your laptop/pc to the jtag instead of your external i had the same issue its werid

   Yes thru Freestyle Dashboard file manager. the one from ftp is from the pc. (but it is still the same copy of the external)

   I will try right now to copy thru FTP. External HDD—FTP—-XBOX brb

4. sometimes the game files won’t transfer correctly and you will miss a file or default.xex wont come over correctly. from you computer ftp the game directly into your hdd1:gamesGameFolderGoesHere and then try again.

   I tried copying it a lot of time from external HDD to Internal HDD via Xbox Freestyle Dash that why i was thinking maybe file manage of FSD is not copying all the files. thats the reason i resorted to FTP, i tried copying thru FTP 3x now still no luck, got the error again (

   This is very strange and mind buggling for me lols

   sir, I’ve done that actually thats why i found your forum the guide made by xTG_IrOnZzZ.

   I connected ethernet cable from my pc directly to my xbox, i called it FTP becoz i was using a FTP software flashfxp ( to view n copy files. dunno if its the right term actually.

7. you could try to rip the iso and transfer a fresh copy to your jtag.

   I’ve ripped it also so many times but still it wont run on my internal hdd and to add i even try to boot jtag with a lower version of fsd 1.2 still no luck, but im running at fsd 2.2 right now.

   I suspect that some files are being copied but currupted or some files are not copied i dont have now an idea how to copy it, i have tried copying within the xbox, ftp dunno if theres another way

   to add …

   The weird thing here is that, this happen to a certain game only other games work well

    Freestyle dash 2.2 is on my internal hdd and that is what im using right now, but i have 1.2 on my usb

    is there a tool in xbox that you can compare files just to check which file is missing or which file is currupted?

    OK its 5am here lols done some experimenting.
    I can assure you guys that there is no problem in file tranfer. Because what i did was

    1. I copy the game FROM the External HDD to the Internal Hdd
    Then I run the copied game in the Internal HDD result: Fatal Crashed

    so just to test if files have been corrupted OR missing……..

    2. I copied same game in the Internal Hdd BACK to the External Hardrive thus, creating 2 copies of the same game in the EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE (of course i renamed the folder )

    RESULT…………………..
    The game that i copied back to the external drive DID WORK! LOLS

    So the big question is why will it not run when it is in the internal hard drive? lols HOPE you guys could still follow and can solve my problem.

    I’m planning to reinstall my freestyle dash but could you tell me where to download a fresh copy of FSD 2.2

13. reinstall dashlaunch 3.02 and fsd 2.2.1072.

    Sir my xbox is 3 weeks old and this part i dont know how to reinstall, i dont even know what dashlaunch is, all i know is that the fsd part where i delete the ones on my xbox and replace it with a new one, do you have a guide on this how to reinstall? im not lazy to search maybe im just a bit tired i notice that this forum has no search forum thread? or would you be kind enough to give me the thread link of reinstallation tutorial.
