Fatal error chara

Errorshift Chara is an error character that has a different mindset from majority of errors. They capture humans and interrogate them, if they’re pacifist they just simply let them go on but they’ll be watching them and the genociders or just bad/neutral humans. When encountering genocider or Pacific / neutral protagonist resetting due to boredom then they capture them, and from there try to convince them to stop and even using the SAVE button on them.

Origin

They start out as a regular Storyshift, but then they get contmost of acted by an Aftershift Chara, but AfterShift instead said «we need to take away the genocider’s power, and if we can, try to convince them to stop but none of us have this ability so you trying to convince him to try to find a way that’s right.» Shift didn’t believe them at first until the human came and started committing genocide, so quickly they went to the lab and tried to find a way to do what AlterShift had stated but it wasn’t enough time so they had to fight them in judgment Hall, and it ended in their death.

This sent them in the same place as Aftershift. They couldn’t handle this so they broke out of the save screen into the Anti-void with new vinegar, somehow get out of here, and find a way to stop the humans or genociders with and gradually even though they are going slightly insane from their time in there they’re determination was pushing them forward growing stronger stronger and stronger. Fueled by hate until one day, their determination reached a point at which they broke out of the Anti-void.

The result of them doing this turn them into an error anyway but they’re determination and hate fused with their new body amplifying all of their attacks and determination by extreme amounts, and when they got out they were slightly confused but they managed to keep their memories just barely, but were slightly unhinged. From there, they went off to do what they vowed to do with their new abilities it was quite easy

Personality

Due to them having their memories, they are somewhat similar to story shift, but a bit more nervous and has some error traitds but there toned down a lot but with all of that still they are still joyful and upbeat actually a bit more than usual story shift because who wouldn’t be excited by immortality and infinite possibilities with the multiverse. They still like chocolate, puns, and they are way more determined than usual and they are more serious and less lazy but a tiny bit erratic. They still care about monsters and even good humans, but they are more erratic and somewhat rude, and forthcoming at evil people with truly no redemption at all but if evil people do have redemption and can be saved they will try their best to convince them as much as they can and be somewhat kind and soft about it but will it get angry if they’re really stubborn and if they’re desperate they’ll try to use the rainbow SAVE button

Appearance

They wear dark blue sweater with a red shirt under it, dark blue pants, and of course herself and the closing are glitchy. They have a gold necklace that they wore for good luck back when they thought they were human, and it’s stuck with them even after they broke out but it’s now purplish gold and a bit glitchy and sometimes they a wear a photo negative rainbow scarf when their doing something personal to them or important and insurance situations she’s looking at it and she gets reminded of what their fighting for which then we’ll you can guess.

Their eyes are multicolored with blue, yellow, and red. If they’re ever enraged, or they start getting really serious, hate starts covering the eyes and the errors around their body when they get serious start turning black and red also the errors around start glitching and becoming more sporadic

Abilities

Erasure Strings

these strings are similar to error strings, but stronger, and they can make some glow. They have the ability to erase people existence, but since they are fused with determination, that erasing power is combined with the erasing button affect but the string can also be covered and hate or have a hate spiral and the strings can teleport or be teleported easily and can even slash had people with dark or red slashes also she can strings come from anywhere on her body since her strings and her body are infused with determination

Erasesure Knives

The same as the strings basically but when they get covered in hate and teleport also erasure chaos busters which are pretty much the last things did

Code Manipulation

They can manipulate code like usual stats attacks stuff like that but they can even manipulate codes of souls and make duplicate souls and restore other people’s Soul traits and even heal people. Also she can copy and paste other basic objects.

Teleportation

Self-explanatory but they can do it across aus and of course they have the error portal and they have super strong telekinesis/blue soul/gravity manipulation. And they can even teleport across multiverses

Plant magic/Erasure plant magic

Errorshift has the abilities to control make/spawn and manipulate plants they mostly use vines but they arent really limited in what plants they can make and control and they can error plants witch are nigh-indestruble but have a slight weakness to really hot fire and there erasure varients of there plants which work the sane as the erasure attacks also there piranha plants that they spawn are alive and shoot attacks aswell based on if there normal, erasure, and error.

Glitching: and the desperate situation is they can start to glitch people having their corrode become corrupt and just stop moving until they unleash them from their corruption and they can glitch through attacks and glitch through things and just a glitch through things.

Encoded Error Spirits

With Storyshift’s Spirit ability there body also got infused of d they gained all of their attacks and regular abilities like Papyruses healing magic but erasure and error versions of the attacks which are Storyshift Asriel, Toriel, muffet, Asgore, Sans, Alphys, Papyrus, Undyne and even Blooky and whenever they use their attacks or whenever they want they can make their Spirit appear like usual but instead the spirit has a mind of their own kind of and can somewhat attack and fight with them but they can’t really talk unless Errorshift finishes their code which isn’t very useful to do during a fight and they are a lot stronger than their original counterparts and errorshift did get the spirits base form power added on to theirs when they got infused and they came an error.

Power and Stats

When they got infusesd, they actually more then surpassed error sans power in raw power code manipulation and speed (which they are about 100,000 times faster than lightning when not serious but when she starts getting serious she’s MFTL+(unmeasurable is also her passive reaction speed ) and inside of the antivoid it’s unmeasurable+ and a bit higher in the dead end) even with errors high LOVE her error DT and high potential with it and natural different power to error even with his high love and more. And she is on par with error 404 and can do a good amount of damage to error 404 and if they get a unexpected attack on them or just a big attack on them with their erasing abilities they might be able to «kill» him or what I mean by kill is make him go B.U.T.T.E.R.F.L.Y(or if error 404 is not resistant to alot of erasure attacks then he would be erased) and after that exactly even able to challenge that form as well since they won’t be absorbed by it because of their encryption also the touch of error papyrus wouldn’t do anything to her but she doesn’t know that yet because they haven’t met them yet also they just like other errors are 6D outside of space and time so time and space abilities don’t work on them.

E.G.O.H.A.D

Whenever error shift gets through their lowest point physically or mentally or if they get mad enough / determined enough she would ll ascend into this form which where they’re determination and hate would reach a critical mass and keep rising even after that so all of their abilities stats speed strength and everything would increase exponentially putting them on the same level as error 404 and above him if they’re determination keeps rising and they can even withstand butterflies transformation itself and can actually fight hand have a good chance of winning. And their body is fused with hate and determination similar to nightmare and shattered Dreams they cannot die unless you destroy every atom of them and if not they can simply regenerate from pretty much anything even from Soul destruction or code destruction also note their code is highly encrypted so not just anyone can actually edit their code or affect it and can’t have their code/being absorb and this goes for their base form too it just goes higher for this form.

High regeneration

Since their body is fused with hate and determination similar to nightmare and shattered Dreams they cannot die unless you destroy every atom of them and if not they can simply regenerate from pretty much anything even from Soul destruction or code destruction also note their code is highly encrypted so not just anyone can actually edit their code or affect it.when also she can live without her soul and even if someone that takes control of it or something bad nothing happens to me it won’t actually do nothing to her actually she mostly uses as a trap so if like anyone hits it she can literally detonate her soul from a distance

Error Determination/Hate

She has all the buttons of determination like SAVE, LOAD, RESET, TRUE RESET and even the rainbow SAVE button and the ERASE button but they mainly use it on single targets and she is able to basically trounce any determination pretty much besides determination mastery which is wielded by Inkshift this is even with that and the user can manipulate hate and determination by sucking it out and absorbing it or by just disabling people’s power to use it and just manipulating it in general and she can steal control and disable all other buttons also even if they fully die even without determination they can respawn inside the dead end and they are immune to erasure and code deletion/erasure and regular deletion.

Weaknesses/Fears

• Being isolated for long periods (monophobia)
• Fear of being useless or useless. Only being able to watch and not being able to do anything alot of the time (Atelophobia)

Relationships

Inkshift!Chara (Good friend)

When she was doing her thing she found inkshift and from other errors they say they don’t like inks so she was curious why and when she did had a conversation with them she realized exactly why which caused her to have a friendship with Inkshift Chara and they help each other and because of this they did decide to join team hope (well if the multiverse these two are in has team void and Hope)

Error!Sans (frenemy)

She just thought of them as another genocider that they need to convince or restrain to make sure they can’t do it anymore but with Error’s friends they couldn’t outright kill them or tramp them without others getting involved so they haven’t yet so they haven’t yet. And for the fact that they see error can have redemption so whenever they meet she tries to convince him to turn his ways

Ink!Sans (Friend??)

When exploring they’ve been around a bunch of videos and they eventually meant ink sans but not that many and he seems to be weary of her but they’re fine and they have gotten to know each other a bit.

Core!frisk (friends)

when got errorshift got to a Au that was already destroyed pretty much she searched around finding survivor but they found core frisk already evacuating the residents of the universe so they went to talk with them and she realized they are similar but core can for the most part only get survivors of aus so errorshift befriended core and even agreeing to help core If they need it effectively joining her group of helpers which are reapertale Chara, undertyranny frisk and perseverance frisk and has become friends?/acquaintances with them as well.

StorySwap Chara(pretty good friends)

You know how like error Sans kidnaps underswap sand and keeps him in the anti void and Irish swap does that with regular papyrus instead error shift just meets storyswap Chara which is her version of that and instead becomes good friends with them and she’s quite attracted to her upbeat and benevolent nature

X-chara and X-frisk and x-tale in general but mostly those two (great friends)

Well how this starts out similarly to however found exhale error shift was going through a doodlesphere as they noticed the page with an x on it but it but she found it before the place was destroyed and then she entered the page curious about its origins and then she started to take a look around a little disturbed by everything being black and white and being on the surface as this is the timeline where X gaster forced Frisk to be genocidal which after exploring around suspicious about this world’s coding as they finally witness the genocide happening as their perturbed as there is a genocide happening on the surface but then she noticed that their code has manipulated and so is everything else for that matter so to get more info she edited X-frisks code back to normal and stopping the genocide from happening as then she chated with them and X-Chara as well as they enter the scene as well and both of them basically explain how this entire world is a play toy and they themselves are also play toy and are being tortured basically by this X-gaster which infuriates errorshift beyond belief as she instantly walks off to challenge them to a fight to the death a rare circumstance for errorshift which he would most likely decline but she fights in any way and while she’s about to kill him he tries to OVERWRITE errorshift but it doesn’t do anything with her encryptions and she instantly kills his body with a barrage of knives and strings but then she takes his soul with strings and X-Chara and X-frisk are flabbergasted at their power as she gives them X-gasters soul and traits inside of it as a gift giving them both the power of OVERWRITE but she says use the power well and for good and she actually talks to them a while longer to find out everything else they know and just get to know them and eventually they become great friends even with errorshift and X-frisk and X-chara opening up to themselves about their past(well more about it with chara and frisk) and sympathizing with each other and empathizing truly a good friendship and eventually meet others in x-tale but after a while she reluctantly leaves but you did keep a piece of X-gasters soul to study it

The Player(hated enemy most of the time)

from her wanderings around the multiverse and her enhanced coding and glitch proficiency she actually found out about the player by breaking the fourth wall and code and upon finding out about how they take control of frisks certain Chara and whoever are in their roles across the multiverse forcing them to do whatever they wanted to do with no consideration for their feelings and with her advanced coding she’s actually manages to completely ban players from doing anything with that world which she does with most players but the players who are truly kind she decides to code them a lifeless body so they can stay and still do stuff but not take control of anyone who’s actually alive.

Error!404 (Neutral?/Enemy)

One of Errorshifts testing out their abilities sessions the accidentally hit a high point and they were put inside of the mainframe they were curious so they wanted around and found Error!404 and he was confused how they got there but nonetheless he wanted them out so he fought her and he was surprised at their power and she was even able to surprise him and catch him off guard which made him respect her just a bit but was still agitated about it so it ended by her just leaving before it got Hairy (if anyone wants to add any relationships or abilities you can but ask me first SupremejudgeFrisk)

Infected (hunting / enemy)

Errorshift where is just casually going around and you was visiting places saving Time lines visiting old places she saved and just doing random stuff but then she heard the same room with everyone else has about a strange person stalking them and stuff like that which she thought was weird but it continued on until one day she felt a strange presence and an au she was visiting but then it was gone but then she memorized it and kept on trying to track it down until eventually they did and they found infected doing something unhorably speakable to a random monster which then they immediately sprung into action fighting them and save the monster and she kept fighting them which she was actually doing pretty good until infected kind of vanished like you do and then after making sure the monster is all right she vowed to hunt down whatever that thing was and learn as much about it to stop it from doing that again

Insanity time Trio(puppets)

Well and one of error errorshift strolls around the multiverse they appear in a random judgmental where they see the trio and at first she’s mortified and slightly angered at their appearance but she quickly gains composure and tries to talk with them but instead she gets attacks back at her so then they start fighting and she easily outmatches them in speed and strength and that they don’t know what strings do and so they became her puppets «how disgraceful so-called judges killing everyone they wanted to protect» and then they checked the skulls they had to most likely give a proper burial but she’s surprised to find that they’re alive and then she thinks we can make sense because they would be dust not a head and so she takes the trio and the heads back to the anti-void and with coding and healing magic she repairs the heads to have bodies again and they thank her and ask what she’s going to do with their siblings and she promises she’ll try to find a way to bring them back to normal but she might need to help and they agree but for now she lets them go to the Omega timeline since their original timelines aren’t really there anymore

Fun facts

• Errorshift does use puppets in battle if she is annoyed or angry or desperate enough too but mostly she mostly uses genocider puppets as that’s what she has and all the puppets are fully powered because they did let their souls and ability stuff come back over time
• They still like chocolate but even more so now and they have a fondness for cake
• their favorite color is purple/red
• They can crash but they do it significantly shorter than error and mostly it happens for comedy or cuteness and the crashes make her light up like a light bulb and errors and OMGS appear around her
• They Like costumes
• They use the end of the road and their own anti-void in the same place but the end of the road is more of a backup and being in ether gives her a massive power up aswell but the end of the road gives a bit of a bigger power up
• When they saw errors TV show undernovela she scrambled over tto inkshift Chara and begged her to make storynovela and surprisingly inkshift thought that was a good idea so they created it or do what inks do
• She trains occasionally mostly by yourself well whenever he’s not using her spirits which if she does take time to fully encode them they will have all our memories personality training and knowledge in general and can teach error shift how to fight and just teach things in general which makes errorshift a fantastic battle strategist / technician because of her toriel and King sans and she’s even really smart because of her father asgore who is the Royal scientist

• She actively fights aud destroyers especially error to stop them from destroying aus and killing infinite people and she even checks the Doodles sphere occasionally when ink’s not there

• She knows Spanish(and some others like Russian she uses her power to travel different places to get books to learn different languages) and she uses that fact to annoy error about how she knows what’s going on in under novella

About Fatal_Error

First and foremost: Fatal_Error’s design is based off of two pre-existing Sans/AUs: Error!Sans from Errortale, and GenoSans from Aftertale, both of which completely belong to loverofpiggies, aka the Crayon Queen, aka CQ.

I do not, nor ever will, claim to own them.

Fatal_Error’s redesign and all of the non-cannon (to those AUs) things I have/will/plan on developing, however, are mine. I feel comfortable in saying that. If my wording still isn’t quite right, or if CQ ever reads this (if she does, HI CQ! *waves*) and my wording should be adjusted, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me. I don’t want to offend or hurt anyone. As a fellow artist, storyteller, and decent human being, that is literally the last thing I want to do.

Secondly, I would suggest checking out/reading/enjoying both Errortale and Aftertale, not only because they are both phenomenal and amazeballs, but also because things that happen within this AU will make more sense if you know what I’m referencing:

Lastly, about the blue raspberry himself!

Fatal_Error originally began as a design idea that I had, as a mashup between CQ’s Error!Sans and GenoSans. I love the design of both of those characters, and had the thought hey, what if there was some sort of amalgamate of the two of them? What if the red lines on Geno’s mouth worked like the blue lines under Error’s eyes? What if Geno was completely nuts?. And like all horrifying superb thoughts, it demanded a drawing.

And I INSTANTLY fell in love with the character.

From there, I expanded on the character. Instead of being simply a crossover between the two designs, what if he was his own character? What if he had depth and a backstory?

And then BOOM! he became, in my little alternate universe, what happened when Error found Geno, they fought, and Geno lost…everything. Including his damn mind.

Предыстория

Его история начинается с того, что после долгой битвы Эррор всё-таки побеждает и схватывает Гено. Эррор заявляет, что он не впечатлён Гено, он считает его таким же глюком как и все остальные АУ, а ведь найти Гено было крайне не просто. В ходе немного скучного разговора Гено пытается спросить у Эррора, нет ли у того брата Папируса, как нет и у него самого. Этим он намекает, что сущности Гено и Эррора чем-то похожи (возможно это намёк на то, что Эррор — бывший Гено из другой концовки, где тот телепортировал себя в Анти-пустоту). Эррор злится на прерывание разговора а также ответные каламбуры, хотя и сам употребляет такие как «всё ТЯГОТЕНИЕ его положения». Внезапно в Гено просыпается нечто вроде ненавистной сущности, которая заявляет, что ждала чего-то нового, хорошего, а дождалась Эррора. Это действительно пугает уничтожителя вселенных, но не достаточно. После 5 минут взаимных выслушиваний друг друга Эррор объявляет Гено самым помоешным глюком в коде и открыто намеревается его ликвидировать. Тот пытается объяснить, что на загрузочном экране его нельзя убить, и что ему стоило застать его в концовке получше, однако Эррор не верит, всё равно стирая/пытаясь стереть его. Перед этим ненавистная сущность Гено приказывает Эррору немедленно уйти, но после отрицательного ответа лишь говорит : «Я убил всех, и ты (Эррор) — следующий».

Глава 1

При попытке стирания, Гено вместо смерти попадает в Анти-пустоту, параллельно начиная разваливаться на код из-за взаимодействия его души с кодом Эррора. Там, ещё будучи без сознания, он впервые слышит голос Гастер-цветка, задающий Фаталу вопрос о том, как он попал сюда. Очнувшись, он обнаруживает на себе множество нитей Эррора, из-за касаний которых у Фатала начинается паническая атака. В процессе неё, Фатал решает во что бы-то ни стало найти Эррора, а также случайно телепортировался/создал свою копию в Outertale. (Неизвестно точно, поскольку судя по комиксу подходят оба варианта). Там, Фатал встречает Outer!Санса, Outer!Папируса и Outer!Фриск.

Глава 2

После короткого разговора с ними, Фатал вновь впадает в паническую атаку (Либо от того, что увидел живого Папируса, либо от того, что его реальная сущность в Анти-пустоте посмотрела на нити Эррора, что висели наверху). Во время неё он опять слышит голос Гастер-цветка, спрашивающий, когда Фатал последний раз чувствовал себя наполненным надеждой. Прямо поперёк этой галлюцинации, Фатала ненароком будит Underswap!Санс (Далее Свап). Судя по тому, что он говорит, Фатал был здесь до того, как очнулся от панической атаки. Свап говорит, чтобы Фатал не снимал с себя подобие пледа, которым он его укрыл, иначе он опять посмотрит на нити наверху. Спустя некоторое время, Свап ненароком убеждает Фатала пойти на «поиски» его Папируса, а затем умоляет остаться, ссылаясь на то, что в одиночестве он сойдет с ума. Однако Фатал неверно воспринимает это и ломает Свапу кисть правой руки, сжимая её в своей. Он начинает в очередной раз бредить, называя Свапа «слабым идиотом, пытающимся манипулировать другими». Когда Свап пытается исправить ситуацию, говоря, что всё будет хорошо, Фатал только больше бредит, заявляя что он «помнит абсолютно всё». Он говорит, что видит код своего Папируса в каждом существующем Сансе и Папирусе, Затем, отшвырнув Свапа, он говорит, что разговаривал не с ним, а со своим Папирусом. В приступе ярости он смотрит наверх, из-за чего вновь видит нити Эррора.

Глава 3

По непонятной причине, нити меняют цвет на цвет нитей Фатала — красный, а он сам окончательно сходит с ума. Пока голос Гастер-цветка спрашивает, почему он больше ничего не чувствует, две копии Фатала/Фатал в разное время убивает Свапа, Оутера и Underfell!Санса, чтобы забрать из них код своего Папируса. Далее, под аккомпанемент монолога Гастер-цветка, Фатал ломает одну из своих костей и начинает при помощи обломка и своих нитей сшивать из фрагментов кода Папируса. Поняв, что ничего не выходит, Фатал сжигает свое творение выстрелом из бластера. Между Гастер-цветком и Фаталом завязывается жаркий спор о том, как нужно воскресить Папируса. Фатал утверждает что способ цветка (уничтожение всех, кто владеет кодом Папируса) является ужасным.. Но когда он слышит, что он, видимо, не любит Папируса, Фатал срывается на истерику, крича о том что вернет Папируса, даже если это его убьет. и получает 999999999999999999 урона. По неизвестной причине он не погибает, а вместо этого телепортируется в заглючивший таймлайн оригинального Санса, где встречает Эррора и Инка. Между Эрорром и Фаталом завязывается бой, в ходе которого Эррор даже не узнаёт его и не понимает причины его сражения. В результате битвы Фатал почти ломает Эррору руку и вновь впадает в паническую атаку. А затем, когда Эррор сбегает, он телепортируется в Анти-пустоту, где решает начать поиски всех кусков кода Папируса. И поиски Эррора.

Глава 4

Фатал находится у Лавендер!Санса, который рассказывает ему о цветах. Паралельно их диалогу идут картинки Fell!Sans-а и Cross!Sans-а в пустоте, а также диалоги Underswap!Санса. Вдруг Лавендер!Санс пытается положить венок на Фатала, но их неожиданно атакует другой Лавендер!Санс, который пытается заставить оригинального Лавендера отойти от Фатала, говоря что Лавендер обещал верить ему. Фатал собирается атаковать Лавендера, в то время как его пытается отговорить оригинальный Лавендер. Однако, появляется Лавендер!Папирус, который бежит за Фаталом, позже исчезая. В итоге, Лавендер оказывается в Анти-Пустоте, где Фатал его убивает, и начинает скреплять из кусочков кода Санса своего Папируса, убивая других Сансов(Cross!Sans-а, Underfell!Sans-а) и забирая у них код. Из этого получается Patch — глючащий Папирус, который сохранил все черты характера Папируса.

Глава 5 ( В разработке )

Фатал занимается своими делами, и в тоже время приходит Patch, который просит Фатала послушать его новый рецепт. Фатал слушает, и указывает на ошибку: Patch забыл корицу. После этого, Patch спрашивает, нужна ли Фаталу помощь. Фатал глючит, и отказывается от помощи. Папирус уходит.

Внешность

Fatal_Error одет в белую куртку, черные шорты, черную футболку и носит красный шарф. Он весь покрыт полупрозрачными глюками, а прежние белые глюки исчезли. Один глаз Фатала стал красным со строчками кода, а второй — синим экраном смерти (В спокойном состоянии оба глаза синие, что проводит аналогию со светящимся глазом оригинального Санса, а в момент наибольшей агрессии-оба красные, аналогия с пустыми глазницами у оригинала). Did you know? Dithering is a process that can be applied to both digital images and audio files. For digital images, dithering adds graphical noise, or graininess to the image to smooth out the transitions between colors. With digital audio, dithering adds digital noise to audio tracks, which smooths out the waveform and therefore the sound. The process of dithering is typically used to improve the appearance or sound of low quality digital files.

It might be a fun experiment to save a file with and without dithering and see if you can notice the difference.

So fun fact, 85% of why the scenario with Error’s arm happened in the first place was to give Error a reason to change his outfit XD Back when CQ announced his new design I knew I was gonna switch him over, I just wanted to wait so that there was a smooth, logical transition in-comic as to why he got some new duds, haha. So to the dozens of questions I’ve gotten about this over the years, sorry to stress ya’ll out, haha XD I promise I always had it covered 🙂

I actually had this side comic scheduled as being released a little later after some others BUT when Ink got his new redesign I thought it’d be a perfect opportunity to kill two birds with one stone and have them both transition smoothly into their new looks ^_^ And double fun fact, I had a slight outfit change planned for Ink in a later side comic that now got bumped up to this one instead. So it all works out!

This article is an old canon of Error!Sans. You may be looking for Hobo!Error of Lucidia .

Error!Sans is an AU destroyer created by Tumblr user Lover of Piggies(also known as Crayon Queen or CQ for short) on Tumblr. In this AU, he is bent on destroying all AUs and things he considers ‘glitches’ or ‘mistakes’ in the multiverse.

He uses blue strings to tie up and shatter souls. If the strings go inside a victim, he will be able to transfer his soul into the victim, controlling them to do whatever he likes, leaving the victim helpless. He can jump from one universe to another, as well as having several other glitch powers/quirks.

This AU connects to many other AUs, so it’s best to get to know some other AUs before you jump into this one.

Origin

Geno did it. He was finally free from the Save-Screen, and he finally had gotten the ending he deserved. Yet during his time in the surface, he had began to play around with his DETERMINATION, despite Sans telling him to stop doing so. Finally, Geno had accidentally sent himself to an empty and endless place where time was non-existent. He quickly began to grow insane, the emptiness and the loneliness eating up at his sanity and his anger towards everything (and everyone he had helped) shaped him into who he is now, his memory was erased during the process as well.

Now, he considers his life’s mission to destroy anomalies, «Glitches» and AUs, seeing them as «mistakes».

Ironically, he does not view himself as an «anomaly». He likes to seek and destroy AU’s left and right, except for the ones he likes such as OuterTale and UnderNovela . How he does it is that he first keeps Frisk and Flowey under guard, so they are unable to reset (he imprisons them). Then, he proceeds to go on a killing spree.

Error was a glitched skeleton that was created in the Anti-Void. He is the result of an alternate Genocide Sans playing with his DETERMINATION and sending himself to the Anti-Void, where he turned into Error.

Error is somewhat demented and psychotic. He is determined to find all anomalies and «glitches» within various timelines and destroy them. His character is the one of confusion and somewhat hypocritical behavior since he himself is an anomaly, but sees himself as the cleanser of timelines instead. He has been stated to be a complete mystery due to his erratic and unpredictable behaviors he has. He keeps «puppets» of his other alternate versions of selves that he talks to calling the standard Sans, called «Sans Classic» and naming the others by numbers. Despite admitting he is an anomaly/glitch, he says he is different and that he is the only one doing something about it. He wants to hunt down CORE! Frisk and the Omega Timeline.

His real motives and behaviors are still a mystery.

Appearance

Error is a Black skeleton who wears black slippers and wears a black coat with a blue hood. His legs are red and has red/yellow fingers. He wears Black sweatpants that has a vertical blue stripe on each leg. His teeth are a light yellowish color. The inside of his eyes are red as well as his nose. His right eye is a white pupil, while his left eye is blue with a thick yellow ring around it with a black pupil in the middle. there are blue markings on his face that assemble «tears». If Error blushes for any reason, like embarrassment, it is blue. (For Appearance for Lucida, See Error.)

Personality

In his AU, he is bent on destroying AUs which he considers ‘glitches’ or ‘mistakes’ in the multiverse. He is all black with a black hoodie, black pants with one blue stripe on each side, a red shirt, blue tear streaks down both his eye sockets, yellow teeth, black hands with red fingers and yellow tips. (he is sometimes portrayed to wear round red eyeglasses)

Abilities

Error Blaster: He uses a type of Gaster Blaster called an Error Blaster, which are simply Gaster Blasters that are black in color and have blue tear-marks falling from their red eye sockets. Error’s Gaster blaster is bigger, faster, and stronger than Classic Sans’.

Blue Strings: He uses blue strings to tie up and shatter SOULS, if his strings go inside a victim, he can transfer his soul into the victim’s body, making his body vanish and the victim’s soul to vanish turning the victim into him. This makes him able to control the victim, while the victim is helpless. This is Error’s «main weapon» because Error feels more comfortable with the strings, as Error doesn’t have very good eyesight.

AU Jump: He can also jump into one universe to another along with other glitchy powers and quirks.

Weaknesses

Physical Contact: Error has haphephobia (the fear of being touched) and is therefore very hesitant to get physically close to anyone.

His love for chocolate: He also likes chocolate [like Chara], which can be a down side. (If you think about it)

Glitching (Error.Exe has crashed): At random intervals, he can glitch up, filling his eye sockets with errors, giving him a major disadvantage if he’s in battle. If Error had no strings, he would be a very easy problem to fix.

Near-sighted: Error also cannot see things far away clearly, as he uses round, red glasses a few times in the comic to show this. The glasses are kept in the pockets of his hoodie. He also knows how to knit, sort of.

Water: He is also supposedly weak to water, but this isn’t canon.

Afraid of Fresh : He is always freaked out by Fresh. He can sometimes get distracted by «it».

His love for cute things: As shown in Underfail , he has love for cuteness, like Undercute . He wants to cuddle soft and fluffy creatures, despite his haphephobia. He refuses to destroy and erase cute things that shouldn’t deserve it.

Menger sponge: If two Error Sanses get too close to each other, they both merge each other, crumble, splitting into Menger sponges before obliteration, and causing an explosive reaction that may harm those close by.

Classic Sans (Frenemies)

Classic Sans is just as bad as everyone else. However, Classic sans and Error CAN get along sometimes. Along with how Classic Sans one time did watch Undernovela from behind Error, and Error couldn’t have cared less. It’s pretty odd, but it’s chill. However, they sometimes do fight.

UnderSwap Sans (friend)

They get along, somehow. It’s unclear why Error gets along with Swap! Sans so well, but it’s probably because he’s the first «friend» Error has had in a long time. He sometimes gives him chocolate. After Error returned to the Anti!Void, he found out that Swap had turned into an Error.

CORE!Frisk (Enemies?)

Error! Sans saw CORE!Frisk one time rescuing a survivor of a genocide run in an AU, bringing the survivor to the Omega Timeline. He’s been hunting them and the Omega Timeline down ever since.

Fresh!Sans (one of Error’s fears)

Error! SansError is disgusted and scared by Fresh Sans . When they first met, Error blasted Fresh. Error is even more horrified by Fresh because Fresh often gets too close to him due to having Haphephobia (not yet even considering the fact that Fresh is a universe-wide-infecting parasite). Fresh is a very hard opponent because his soul lays in his left eye socket. He looks like a normal kid that wears lots of colors and the one who seems all happy but really Fresh can’t actually feel happy, sad, angry, jealous, fear, etc.

Geno!Sans (Past Error!Sans)

Error Sans doesn’t remember anything about his past life as Geno.

Fatal_Error (Creation)

Fatal_Error was created when error sans tried to kill Geno Sans. Error didn’t believe Geno that he couldn’t be killed in the SAVE screen but no this was not the case. Fatal!Error was extremely powerful. He can defeat any sans. He goes around looking for his lost papyrus because he will do anything to get back his papyrus. Error sans would easily be defeated and only but only Ink!Sans or X Gaster (maybe).

Ink!Sans (frenemies)

Ink and Error are portrayed by the fandom to be enemies as Ink Sans is the protector of the AU’s while Error is the destroyer of the AU’s. However, some people consider them to be friends, arch-enemies or even lovers. (some people «ship» them.) They are sometimes even portrayed as brothers.

In some AUs, Ink and Error actually came to an agreement; as long as Error won’t destroy any AUs, Ink won‘t help the creators create any AUs. In the video UnderVerse 2.0, Error tried to stop Ink’s blank side (which was kind of evil), but Error couldn’t stop him.

PaperJam (Accidental child)

PaperJam is considered Error and Ink’s accidental child. Once PaperJam first formed from the remains of Error’s scattered strings and Ink’s leftover piles of ink that were scattered about the multiverse, which took a process of about three years, PaperJam started to walk around to see where they ended up at. Eventually, he found the two at the end of a battle- where Ink’s body was scattered all over the place and Error was about to do one more strike… PaperJam screamed.

What else was he supposed to do? Error noticed him and felt an odd connection (which Ink did as well) and he really didn’t like how that felt within him. Error panicked and shouted at PaperJam, calling him a «mistake» and «an abomination that shouldn’t have existed» before disappearing. PaperJam was very hurt. When Ink was healed, he took care of PJ.

Error!Frisk (his student)

Before C.Q. revealed Error’s origins, people assumed he had come from a broken timeline. They assumed that after the first timeline was destroyed, Frisk had turned into Error!Frisk and had become Error’s student. Error!Sans is unaware that the human is «Frisk».

Error!Papyrus (Brother)

Error believes he is the only Error in the multiverse, but there is his brother who also turned out to be one that he does NOT know of. He refuses to discuss Papyrus. At all. However, it may say that he was hidden among the ‘in-between files’ of the multiverses.

Error!Papyrus is not exactly Error’s brother, since Error!Papyrus is from a different timeline.

Rumor has it that Error!Sans may NOT be alone, as there are many Error characters that live inside the Anti-Void, such as Error!Undyne.

Pandora (Enemy)

With Undercute is being destroyed by Pandora along with others, Error is now seeking vengeance for his favorite AU’s destruction.

Happytale (An AU he mostly destroyed)

Error mostly created a dark version of Undertale from the reset files called Happytale , which isn’t really happy at all. Error destroyed most of Happytale until Core!Frisk used a file traveler to travel the files only able to be used once, and he completely forgot about Happytale until he remembered from another game reset. Now, Happytale is an unknown universe no one has heard of.

Error404 (Mentor)

404 sees Error as an apprentice and maybe a worthy successor to himself. 404 and Error’s relationship can vary from student and teacher to child and guardian and even to cruel and distrusting. The 2 have had almost spent enough time with each-other to fill a tub. 404s expectations for Error are unimaginably High, going as far as giving him Impossible task so that one day Error can finally live and complete his goal of getting rid of Ink. These unimaginably high bars 404 sets for Error often lead to lots of arguing and fighting amoungst the two. They have nearly left each other on multiple occasions and only have ever come back together due to the fact they both have equal and goals and on the grounds of them in some sick way needing each other.

Sans POV
It's been a few months since Y/N died. Girls and chara tried resetting but without the button it's impossible. They both promised Y/N they'd destroy the reset button Becuase he and I were afraid of them resetting. They destroyed it saying they were happy with there life. They regret it. Honestly. There doing a lot better. Chara finally came out of her room and frisk is starting to become cheerful again. Papyrus has been sad but at least he's doing better than he was when he first died. He couldn't even make spaghetti and was talking normally!!! Me? I've been doing fine. Everyday I always go to his grace and share a drink with him. He never finishes his so I always leave the cup there and empty it out and refill it the next day. Undyne asks me why I do this and I just say the same thing.
Sans: it's to honor him. He loved to drink ketchup as much as i did.
They all understand. Asgore planted some flowers around his grace and alphys took said flowers and has been trying to make flowey 2.0.....I destroyed all the flowers. I love him and I don't want him to become soulless like asriel was as flowey. Grillbys doing good. He made a drink after him. It's ketchup with whip cream inside of it and red and blue cherrys. Kinda actually looks like Y/N. Things are good. We all miss him. I'm sitting on the hill where Y/N died. Not because I miss him but the views great up here. I see why he wanted to die here. A portal then opens next to me and out comes ink.
Sans: ink! Long time no-
Ink: where's Y/N?
I look down
Sans: heh. Forgot to tell you. Y/N died a few months back. All that determination and bravery took a toll on his monster side. He's dead.
Inks eyes widen even more now.
Ink: oh god it is him then.
My pupils disappear and I stand and look right at ink
Sans: what did you just say?
Ink: me and error saw...something. He had blue and red strings like error but he looked a lot like Y/N.
I chuckle deeply
Sans: ink. That's impossible. There's no way.
Ink: look. please come and help me. This could lead to bad things happening.
I nod.
Sans: I just need to go tell the others
Ink nods and tells me to call him when I'm ready
Timeskip
Everyone's shocked to hear this. Especially frisk and chara. There begging me to go but ink won't let them.
Ink: last time I brought you guys on a mission you got kidnapped and merged together with evil sans.
Frisk: but it won't be like that this time!!!!
Chara: PLEEEEAAASSSEE!!! If there's any chance he's still alive we want to see him.
Sans: cmon ink.
Ink thinks for a moment and sighs.
Ink: fine. On one condition.
Sans: what?
Ink: we have to go get G sans.
Sans: why?
Ink: if that thing is really Y/N we might need someone as strong as him to protect the frisks.
I nod and so does frisk and chara.
Timeskip
G sans was hesitant and frost until his frisk told him that they needed him and that she'd be fine. He made her promise she'd be fine. We're now traveling to the anti void.
Ink: this was the last place he was seen. So he could be here.
We all nod. When we arrive it's dark and grey.
Chara: creepy...
G: looks like he's not here.
We hear the sound of a blaster being shot and bones breaking. We teleport over to where the sound is and see error fighting some weird glitches up thing.
Error: YoUr ReAlLY StArTiNg To AnNoY Me!!!
???: like I wasn't already.
Ink shoot at the glitch thing and swings his brush at it but dodges and fires two blasters at ink. He barley dodges but then gets hit in the back by a bone. 
Sans: all right. I'm stepping in.
I teleport I've tried the glitch and fire blasters at it but it dodges and runs towards me and tries hitting me with a bone. I dodge easily and then summon a blaster right at his face sending him flying. He summons one and rides it circling me while shooting bones. It's getting harder to dodge until Erro grabs him and slams him to the ground. We all run towards him. He has his hood up. He then takes it off to reveal
Frisk: Y-Y/N?
Y/N: who the hell are you?
He fires a giant blaster at us and I grab the girls and teleport out of there.
From a distance I see the blaster disappear. Ink and G appear next to us both tired
G: we barley blocked that attack.
Chara: he didn't know us.
G: what?
Frisk: that look in his eyes....it was like he didn't remember us...
They both look down. I hug them tightly.
Sans: it's ok. He's probably just messed up in there.
G: one things for sure. That was Y/N.
