NEVER use hot water or steam to clean. Use the condenser once per week during winter even the cool wind is not used for 1 minute to keep the air condition work fine. -

If there is too much material loaded into the bucket, it’s needed to dump and title the bucket quickly to remove the excessive load so as to prevent the material from dispersing during the transportation. -

The conveying driving speed is determined according to the road condition. In order to get good visibility and stability, the bucket should turn to its limit (bucket lift-ram touch the upper limited block) and keep the pin connection point of lift-arm at transportation position (400~500mm above the ground). -

Before starting work, the ground should be planed and pressed firmly. If there is a lot of sand and dust, sprinkle with water first. -

The machine in operation should always be controlled by the operator. Operate the control handle of the working equipment properly to prevent misoperation. -

Loading in the upper limit position may cause destabilization of loader. So the driving speed should be slow and the bucket should tilt forward slowly. -

Давление в КПП SDLG 933/936/946/952/953/956
Низкое давление в КПП — признак неисправности. На фронтальных погрузчиках SDLG 933, SDLG 936, SDLG 946, SDLG 952, SDLG 953, SDLG 956 устанавливают гидромеханические КПП в сборе и гидротрансорматором. Данная КПП вполне хорошо зарекомендовала себя в российских условиях при правильной эксплуатации и своевременном техническом обслуживании.
Измерять давление в ГМКП ZL30/40 рекомендуем механическим манометром, т.к. электроимпульсные датчики в большинстве своем выдают данные с погрешностью. Допустимое давление в КПП ZL40/50 — 1,1-1,5 Мпа (11-15 Бар). Из практики, хорошее давление 1,3-1,4 Мпа (13-14 Бар).
Чтобы поднять давление, необходимо подложить шайбочку между пружиной -35 и седлом клапана -36, можно просто под седло клапана 36. Если подложите шайбу толщиной 1мм, то поднимите давление на 0.16 Мпа (1,6 Бар)!
Для того чтобы измерить давление механическим путём, необходимо вкрутить в контрольное отверстие вместо Датчика давления масла 13020385
через переходник — шланг механического манометра.
Для измерения входящего и исходящего давления ГТР вам нужен будет тройник. Точки подключения легче всего будет найти по датчику температуры, точка замера входа ГТР находит ровно под ним. Давление входа в ГТР 0.45 — 0.55 Мпа (4,5 – 5,5 Бар). Точка замера выходного давления ГТР располагается в самом низу, примерно по той же линии (патрубок выходит к радиатору) — так же тройником, давление 0,15-0,25 Мпа (1,5 – 2,5 Бар). Входящее давление ГТР должно быть замерено на оборотах примерно 1500

Рассказываю, что увидели сегодня после того как решили заменить масло в КПП, почистить и заменить фильтры.
По мере рассказа буду прикладывать фото.
Итак, слив масло поняли, что его не меняли наверное тысячи 3 м/ч, масло непонятного цвета — коричнево рыжее.
После слива процедили его через марлю и обнаружили мелкую и не очень стружку медную и стальную. фильтр коробки в моторном отсеке содержал мелкую фракцию медной стружки в стакане фильтра осадок, а магнитный фильтр на коробке набит какой то эмульсией со стружкой (см. фото ниже)
Заглянули внутрь КПП через отверстие от фильтра на коробке, там обнаружили кусочки маленьких пружин (похожи на те, что ставят в зажигалки кремень придавливать), а так же медную стружку и осадок.
Все конечно же почистили, промыли (очистить магнит было непростой задачей). Фильтр в моторном отсеке промывать не стали (хоть он там еще промываемый старого образца), заменили. Налили новое масло Dex 2 и в надежде на хоть какие то изменения в лучшую сторону поехали кататься.
Но никаких улучшений не произошло, едет слабо мощи так и нет. Заехал передними колесами в небольшую ямку, задним ходом смог выбраться с раскачки, раза в третьего.
Посоветуйте, что разобрать дальше. Местные спецы говорят, что проблема может быть в распределителе на КПП, в ТНВД и форсунках или во всем сразу. Ума не приложу чем продолжить.
1) Как вы проверяете уровень масла? Обязательно проверять на работающем двигателе, прогретом масле.
2) Возможные причины: износ фрикционных дисков. У вас на каждой передаче одинаково плохо едет погрузчик?
3) Возможно обгонная муфта вышла из строя
По поводу распределителя КПП — это клапан управления кпп как я понимаю, проверьте давление на всех передачах, если давление в норме, то проверьте регулировку штока переключения передач (к нему подходит тяга) — можно конечно снять его и промыть, но если давление на передачах в норме, то скорее всего проблема не здесь.
По поводу ТНВД и форсунок — есть ли какие-то нарекания по работе двигателя?

Да и на перегонах сильно не вваливаешь и где-то в 14литров попадаешь. У меня вопрос к представителям SDLG , их тут аж двое , с одной канторы или разные. РБА совместно с SDLG замутили не так давно новый тракторSDLG LG944MSK

16-20 литров средний расход исходя из опыта эксплуатации многих клиентов. Само собой что у кого то больше у кого то меньше. Зависит от характера работ и «плеча». Плюс 936 есть с двигателями Yuchai))).
