Xerox 560 error 093-314
Hi,
Does anybody know how to reset the error 093-314? What NVM number to reset? It�s a Xerox Docucolor 560 Please help!

762-368 is the NVM reset.
The issue could be caused from a faulty Low toner sensor to a clogged waste dispenser in the rear of the Developer housing. Electrically it would be the IOT or MCU in that order.
This is a difficult one to tackle if you lack experience, I don’t know if you do or not.
Furthermore, I’m certain you can find additional info on this forum if you search the code.

Hi,
I have the same issue with my xerox 700 and have reset the code from 3 to 0. The machine reboots with no error codes but after 10 to 50 prints, the machine stalls with the same error 093-314.
After going through few posts with respects to this error, I opened the cartridge drum unit and found the yellow spiting. Please see below pics….

Hi
a new inner cover has come out just for this problem..
802K65485 Inner cover assy..
If you keep getting error 093-314, run the dispenser motor, if dead, replace motor and add inner cover assy. Test voltages from your iot drive pwb. Some times it pops the F8 surface mount fuse..

I sure hope y’all are following ALL the RAPs since cleaning out supply n waste tubes are in there.

you may want to check 2 things
1 check the chute that allows toner to drop into the developer unit is pack and backing up the toner, if it is then remove the developer top cover and inspect the gears on the mag roller and watch them as you turn it if it is damaged the augers in the developer unit will not move the toner down causing a back up of toner in turn burning out the dispenser motor.
2 turn on the dispenser motor if you hear a noise the motor is good check the sound of the other motors for what it sounds like.

Thanks for your in-depth guide. I followed your instructions and when I entered component control, I didn’t hear any noise but heard the noise for Component Control [093-007] (Magenta Dispense Motor). I’m certain the yellow dispenser motor needs to be replaced. Thanks once again!

Hi, I runned the dispenser motor and and it didn’t work so I replaced the motor and tested it and worked and now the error is gone but when i print there is no yellow…..Please any suggestions. I noticed I did not replace the inner cover assy. What could it be…? PLEASE ANYONES IMPUT WOULD GREATLY BE APPRECIATED!

Hello,
i have a problem with a xerox c60.
I am in France I bought US toners, it did not work on my xerox. I had a «cartridge error» message. So I bought chips to do a «reset».
Everything worked at the beginning. After a few thousand pages I got the error 093-314. I have been on this website and reset to zero in maintenance mode. After 10-15 copies I got the error 093-315. If I reset to 0 it works each time for a few tens of copies then it gets into error (314 or 315 error code). Note that the impressions are good. Do you have a solution to solve this problem?
I try with another cartridge and same problem (magenta & yellow)

Probably dispenser motors dont work.

If it’s the dispenser motors, you won’t hear them and you won’t see toner in the Dev housing openings. If the Dev housing openings are packed full of toner, the dispenser is working but the Dev isn’t taking it along. The Dev housings can snap a little gear at the end and a new housing is needed.
Above all though, I’d be starting with genuine toners with the correct region from your machine.

какую именно плату пришлось поменять?
как я понял суть проблемы, проблема может быть в следующем:
1. материнская плата
2. механика (мотор, тракт прохождения тонера и пр.)
3. датчик тонера
4. иное
первые три пункта вроде бы исключили, сейчас под подозрением плата 960K01281K1 Вернуться к началу

зачастую вызваны проблемой вращения шнеков, такой как, например, влажный тяжёлый тонер или слетевшей с места пружинкой чистки датчика малого остатка тонера.
Лечатся устранением механических проблем и сбросом значения ячеек NVM на 0.

Узенькая дырочка, в неё падает комок, который не доходит до шнека, потом на него падает еще, пресуется, образуется засор, горят моторы.. Ксерокс наверняка знает об этой проблеме, и ничего не делает для её решения. А всего то кусок пластика в проявке переделать.

mawl, 762-368 ячейку посмотри. если в ней 3, поставь 0.
не знаю к версанту пойдёт, или нет. если нет, то верни значение обратно.
p.s. скорей всего не подойдёт, надо эту ячейку для версанта найти. подождем инженеров с документацией..

93-314 is a yellow dispenser fault. This procedure will only work temporarily. You need to take a look at the yellow developer chute opening to make sure it is not clogged. More than likely, it is and needs to be replaced. Also the yellow toner dispenser more than likely is clogged also and needs to be replaced or vacuumed out. The toner dispenser motor might be burned out due to the toner backing up on the dispenser. You may have to reset an NVM to clear the fault after the procedure above.
Please becareful when initializing NVMs as it will reset to factory defaults on certain settings. Only reset an NVM location, particularly to the fault.
