Вообщем проблема такая. Samsung Tool Pro не запускается, либо пишет нет карты , либо окно просто пропадает. Попользовался только несколько раз , через пару недель опять потребовался и тут такое дело. Причем все что ниже версии Pro запускается без проблем. Думал дело в компьютере попробовал дома, тоже самое. Снес систему поставил Windows 7 32 бит, без изменений, вернул на Windows 7-64. Прошу помочь в данном вопросе. Хотелось бы пользоваться оплаченным продуктом.

Да конечно. обновлена была сразу после покупки версии Pro. Сегодня проверял . вроде нет обновления. Странно что 2G Tool и до версии Pro работают без нареканий
Появилось время продолжил экспериментировать. Поставил XP все драйверы поставились ровно. Без изменений, после приветственного окошка просто пропадает и все. И такое только на версии PRO. Из поддержки есть кто на форуме?

Вернусь к своей проблеме. Откатился на версию 20.05 все работает.. но только файлы не загружает с сервера. На 2Gtool выскакивает ошибка «critical fail» и вылетает. Систему переустанавливал, на другом компьютере пробовал, дрова встали без проблем, та же история
И все же опять подыму свой вопрос, в поддержку писал=тишина. здесь тоже =тишина, уже начинаю думать что придется box другой брать. Какова вероятность что я возьму z3x, c учетом их поддержки? Самое обидное, что обновил до версии pro, воспользовался два раза и такая хрень….

Странная ситуация.
Попробуйте извлечь карту из бокса, установить в кард-ридер.
Попробуйте установить на другом компьютере, желательно на 32 битную систему Win 7

На разные компьютеры, разные системы, XP3 86-64, XP7 86-64 всё одно и тоже, начинаю думать что проблема в самом боксе, под карту картридера нету у меня, есть пару донглов и программаторов с такой картой, но не знаю будет через них работать? Да и карту боюсь угробить.
Вернусь к проблеме , На 2Gtool выскакивает ошибка «critical fail» и вылетает , пробую повторно, пишет нет карты, бокс передергиваю, карту видит. На версии 20.05 работает. Версия Pro не запускается.Ошибка «critical fail» в поиске встречается , но решения нигде нет

Бокс металл, Сейчас чисто плата лежит, менял картридер, Alcor заодно поменял, мало ли, вход под кабель , тоже поменял. Shell карту видит, карта пропадает после запуска 2G Tool или Pro/ причем передернешь кабель, карту опять видит.
Карта обновлена версия 2.2, можно ли её еще раз как-то обновить? Или сам бокс?
Вот думаю может карта «чудит» , ни кто не знает как её проверить? другого z3x бокса нет
РЕШЕНО. Ну просто море радости.. Итак, в shell при нажатии кнопки run hardware wizard, мне выходила только информация по карте, поэтому после запуска «run hardware wizard» я отключил бокс и нажал кнопку «refrech» , вышла информация что нет карты и «next», далее выходит окно Посмотреть вложение 275523 , подключаем бокс и нажимаем «next» , пошло обновление карты. Карта полностью обновляется и на выходе имеем полностью рабочий бокс. ура.

Карта была обновлена сразу , несколько раз им воспользовался. а потом всё… вылетает при запуске

Здравствуйте. Обновил дважды способом выше, второй раз на всякий случай через ридер октопуса. 2G Tools запускается. ToolPro вылетает с ошибкой. Скачал только что с шелла MTK Smart. Запустился тоже без проблем. Подскажите что делать?

Проблема тоже самое. Активировал карту,запускается старые версии, а Pro версия никак не запускается. Типа нет карты. Есть решение? На этом компютере другой активированный бокс запускается.

Та же ситуация, в поддержку написал, пока молчат
Разобрался!!!!!!! Установил версию 28.4. По коду ошибки при вылете выяснил что проблема в драйвере видеокарты. Отключил устройство и….. О чудо, на стандартном драйвере видео, с чудовищным разрешением ТулПро запустился. Замена драйвера на самую последнюю версию проблему не решила. Решение оч простое. Вылет при запуске на украинском языке и высоком разрешении экрана!!! На инглише софтина взелетела. УРААААА!!!

z3x easy jtag Card not found
Приобрел данный программатор на али, установил последнюю версию программы, установились все драйвера кроме драйвера на карту их я установил вручную, но при чтении данных с программатора ругается на то что не видит карту пишет Card not found.
Следовательно не запускается сама софтина, ругается на карту.
Программатор весь обклеен стикерами в том числе и на сим ридере, почитал на форумах пишут что возможно симку надо пошевелить или почистить контакты но как ее шевелить там же стикер? Отдал за это чудо 12 килррублей а оно не пашет.

Без переделки часто подключаешь адаптер придерживая бокс и пальцами проталкиваешь симку внутрь…..неудобно расположена.

Похоже придется снимать стикер и вытаскивать карту.Победил я эту штуковину, отодрал аккуратно стикеры, вытащил с начало карту она оказалась уже обрезана чтобы не торчала из бокса, пошевелил всяко разно, просмотрел всю плату под микроскопом пайка так себе но везде пропаяно. Переустановил дрова на карту и карт ридер но все равно не виделась карта, все утро промучился и нифига. Потом запустил шелл и во вкладе RUN HARDWARE WIZARD нажал REPAIR DEAD CARD и побежали проценты обновления карты, в итоге все запустилось.
